I like to try Christmas traditions from other cultures and I
was excited to find this yummy recipe for Coquito which is Latin eggnog! And
boy, let me tell you, it is YUMMY!
Coquito is traditionally served in Puerto Rico; made with rum, eggs, coconut milk, coconut cream, sweet condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

2 cans coconut cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups of rum
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
(MAKE WITHOUT RUM FOR THE KIDS AND IN CASE YOU'RE
OUT CAROLING IN THE SNOW..CAUSE YOU WILL GET LOST IF YOU'RE DRINKING THIS
STUFF!!!)

Blend it all in a blender on high and serve with ice! This is very strong but so yummy so be careful! TIP: SIP THIS BY THE FIRE AND CUDDLE WITH THE ONE YOU LOVE!!
